Gregg
Lead Operator
Gregg serves as one of our Lead Operators. From assessments to installs you’ll see Gregg throughout the process of your project. Gregg assists in the entire process of transforming your floor! Grinding, squeegeeing, back-rolling, tossing flake, repairing cracks. This operator is ready to work the problem and complete the absolute best, beautiful, and battle tested floor we can provide!
Gregg is a husband and father of three (soon to be 4!) children. When Gregg isn’t with us he is hanging out with his family, helping plant a church and playing basketball as much as he can!
Darren
Lead Operator
Darren serves as one of our Lead Operators. From assessments to installs you’ll see Darren throughout the process of your project. Darren assists in the entire process of transforming your floor! Grinding, squeegeeing, back-rolling, tossing flake, repairing cracks. This operator is ready to work the problem and complete the absolute best, beautiful, and battle tested floor we can provide!
Darren is a husband and father of four! Currently Darren and his wife have one baby left at home and that is their dog tubbie. Darren loves working on things and tinkering on new projects. He often thinks he can fix anything… usually being right… we don’t tell him that though!
Courtney
Director of Operations
Courtney serves as our Directer of Operations! From phone calls, emails, text, scheduling, ordering to inventory management and financials she makes us go! Courtney has a background in Entrepreneurship and IT, having helped businesses scale to 7 figures. She has worked with many different businesses over the years and we are so lucky to have her!
In all of her free time she is also an amazing wife and loving mother to three (soon to be 4!) children. She is helping plant a new church and helping other business owners strategically grow their businesses.
